Active Dancing with Parkinson's at Rubicon
Rubicon Dance's new Active Dancing with Parkinson's session is for people who want a more intense and challenging session than a standard Dance for Parkinson's class. It is aimed at people with Parkinson's that lead an active life, including those with Young Onset. All content in the session will be modifiable and tailored to each participant to ensure a fun experience for all.
Rubicon Dance's new Active Dancing with Parkinson's session is for people who want a more intense and challenging session than a standard Dance for Parkinson's class, with an array of seated, standing and even floorwork options. It is aimed at people with Parkinson's that lead an active life, including those with Young Onset. All content in the session will be modifiable and tailored to each participant to ensure a fun experience for all.
Sessions will take place at Rubicon Dance studios on Friday's 10:30am-11:15am with time for tea and coffee afterwards.

The sessions are being run in partnership with Parkinsons UK, The Arts for Health and Wellbeing team at Cardiff and Vale UHB and the Arts Council for Wales, in order to support patients in the community living with Parkinsons.
